Andre Proctor is based in South Africa and has 25 years’ experience as an independent development consultant specializing in participatory impact assessment and organizational learning. Since co-founding Keystone Accountability in 2004, he has guided the development of Constituent Voice-based performance monitoring with development agencies, forestry companies, social capital funds and government ministries.
Nicholas van Praag dedicated his two decades at the World Bank as a public policy communicator to environment, social and political safeguards. He also spent a decade in humanitarian operations at the United Nations and founded Ground Truth, an initiative focused on bridging the gap between humanitarian agencies and beneficiaries. He has worked extensively in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America.
David Bonbright has spent three decades working at the interface of business, civil society and government in Africa, Asia and Latin America. His most recent venture, Keystone Accountability, is the leader in bringing a data-driven approach to including constituent feedback in social development. His public service includes chairing the board of CIVICUS: Global Alliance for Citizen Participation.
